Orders & pricing
What's your minimum order?+
Most products start at 25 units (cards, postcards) or 50–100 units for boxes. Rigid setup boxes start at 100. There's no maximum.
Can I order a single sample?+
Yes. Most box configurators have a "1 sample for $5" option that lets you see the actual printed product before committing to a full run.
Are quotes binding?+
Instant quotes from our configurator are valid for 30 days. Custom quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote document.
Do you offer volume discounts?+
Yes — automatic per-unit price drops at every quantity tier (25 / 50 / 100 / 250 / 500 / 1k / 2.5k / 5k / 10k+). Tiers vary by product.
Files & design
What file format should I send?+
Print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, PSD, INDD, JPG, and PNG. For boxes, we provide a free dieline you can drop your art into.
I don't have a designer — can you help?+
Yes. We offer free dieline creation, free artwork check, and 1-on-1 designer support on every order. For full custom design from scratch, our team charges $75/hour with a 1-hour minimum.
Will I see a proof before printing?+
Always. Every order includes a free digital proof emailed within 24 hours of order placement. Production doesn't start until you approve it.
What color profile do you use?+
CMYK at 300 DPI. We support PMS spot colors on most products with a small upcharge for color-matching.
Materials & finishing
Are your materials FSC-certified?+
Yes. Every default paper and corrugated stock is FSC Chain-of-Custody certified. We also offer 100% recycled options on most products.
Are your inks safe for food packaging?+
For direct-contact food packaging we use FDA 21 CFR 175/176-compliant soy-based inks. Specify "food-safe" when ordering and we'll automatically use the compliant stack.
What finishing options are available?+
Foil stamp (gold/silver/custom), spot UV, embossing/debossing, soft-touch lamination, painted edges, rounded corners, and custom die-cuts. Availability varies by product.
Turnaround & shipping
How fast can I get my order?+
Rush turnaround on most products is 4 business days; same-day rush is available on flyers, cards, and postcards. Add 1–3 days for ground shipping in the contiguous US.
Do you ship internationally?+
By request — email us with your address for a custom shipping quote.
Is shipping really free?+
Free ground shipping on every order over $99 to the contiguous 48 US states. Below that, $12.95 flat. Expedited shipping is at carrier cost.

What makes you sustainable?+
FSC-certified paper, soy-based inks, renewable-energy production, carbon-neutral shipping by default, and 1% of every order funds reforestation. See the full breakdown.
Can my packaging be composted?+
Yes — our kraft boxes and most paper products are home-compostable. Look for the "compostable" tag on the product page.
