• Artwork files: design files you upload for printing.

• Cookies: first-party cookies for cart persistence and session management; third-party cookies for analytics and ad measurement (where applicable).

• To fulfill orders, send proofs, and ship products
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• To send order updates, account notifications, and (with consent) marketing
• To improve the site, fix bugs, and prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), email/CRM (transactional only), hosting (Cloudflare), and analytics (Plausible or similar).

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. Artwork files are retained for 24 months after your most recent order unless you request deletion sooner.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product banner.
