All orders over $99 ship free to addresses in the contiguous 48 US states. Below the threshold, ground shipping is a flat $12.95. Expedited and overnight shipping are available at checkout at carrier rates.

Turnaround starts from the time you approve the digital proof — not order placement.

Within the contiguous US: every order.

Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: yes, with carrier rates applied at checkout.

International: available on request. Email hello@printing247.com with your address for a custom quote.

Every order ships carbon-neutral by default. We offset the emissions through verified reforestation partners — at no extra cost to you.

If we make a printing or manufacturing mistake that materially affects your order, we reprint at no cost. To file a claim:

1. Email hello@printing247.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include photos of the issue and your order number
3. We respond within 1 business day with next steps

Because every product is custom-printed to your specification, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Typos or design errors in the file you supplied
• Color shifts when you decline our free artwork check
• Wrong size, quantity, or material you selected at checkout
• Shipping delays caused by carrier, weather, or address errors

For these, we'll work with you on a discounted reorder.

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll file a carrier claim and reship at no cost to you.
