Terms of Service

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't place an order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. For B2B orders, ACH bank transfer is available for orders over $500. Invoiced terms (Net 15 or Net 30) are available for established business accounts on request and subject to credit approval.

Production does not begin until payment is received in full (or, for invoiced accounts, until the proof is approved). Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state/local rates.

For custom and bulk quotes, a 50% deposit may be required to begin production, with the balance due before shipment.

All transactions are processed in US dollars. Failed payments may delay your order; you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to resolve the issue.

All prices are in US dollars and shown excluding any applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before production begins. Promotional codes have specific terms and expiration dates as posted at time of redemption.

Quotes from our instant configurator are valid for 30 days from the date displayed. Custom quotes are valid as stated on the quote document.

You represent that you own or have licensed all rights to artwork you submit, and that the artwork does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights, and is not defamatory or unlawful.

We will reproduce your file as supplied. We are not responsible for typos, color shifts caused by insufficient bleed/safe area, low-resolution images, or other file-quality issues if you decline our free artwork check or proceed against our prepress recommendations.

Production does not begin until you approve the digital proof. Turnaround estimates start from the time of proof approval, not order placement. Failure to respond to a proof within 5 business days may delay your order and require re-quotation.

All turnaround times are business days (Mon–Fri, US holidays excluded) and refer to production time only — they do not include shipping transit. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Custom-printed products are not eligible for return. If we make a mistake that materially affects the product as ordered, we will reprint at no cost. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from artwork you submit, including intellectual property infringement, defamation, or violation of publicity or privacy rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
